    Default Free Shipping with option to upgrade

    Is there a way we can offer free standard overnight, with the option to upgrade to priority overnight for $14.99?

    Right now it shows our priority overnight as the standard $54.99 when its at our free shipping threshhold, it should change it to $14.99 and standard overnight $0

    There is an option to show shipping rates method other than the free method if they want to pay for faster delivery. Just set FreeShippingAllowsRateSelection to true in the appconfig.
