    Unhappy Upsell Products

I have a number of product IDs that I'd like to add to the Upsell products, my problem is that only two products will have a discount associated with them, the others are added at the retail price. How can I tell the system to only apply the discount to only two of the six products?

That would require customization (and would take source code) to do. You could possibly display some as related products and some as upsell products (and that way give upsells the discount), but they would (obviously) display differently on the site.

    Default Another question on upsell...

Is there any way to put in a fixed price for the upsell product versus a discount percentage to be applied?

Sort of the same concept as a different price for small, medium, large where you can bracket the price...

Not out of the box, no. Upsell discounts are a flat percentage off of all specified products.
