Default Multi Image Upload w/o Multi-Image Manager

    Is this workflow possible?

    1. Perform an Excel upload with Image Filename Override, filename as XXX.jpg
    2. Upload main images (XXX.jpg) to folders large/medium/icon
    3. Upload additional images per product as XXX_1.jpg, XXX_2.jpg to folders

Would this process work WITHOUT defining multi images in Multi-Image Manager?

    Using ML 8.0.1.2

    Thanks!

It is, but your filenames are a little off. The additional images would be XXX_1_.jpg, XXX_2_.jpg. Look here to make sure you've got them right.

    Thanks!
Would Micro Images work as icons of these multi-images?

Would you mind elaborating the question? Well, as far as I can understand, you wanted to have micro to use same functionality that the icon image size does. But generically, it's already doing similar behavior...
