    Default Quantity Discount shows incorrect values

    I've set up a category level quantity discount. The discount and pricing show up in the cart just fine however the subtotal at the bottom of the check is wrong. It is showing the total without the discount. What am I doing wrong?

    I have 2 clients that have this problem. One is using version 7.0.25. The other is using version 8.0.0. Let me know if you need urls
