    Default getting 'refused.htm' page

Every time I try to enter the site, I'm redirected to the ../refused.htm page. I checked the server SSL installation, but there was nothing wrong with that. What could this be? Other users are able to see it fine, but I'm the only one that is having this issue.

Can you someone kindly show me how to fix this issue?

    Thank you in advance.

Sounds like you managed to ban yourself by mistake. If you Nuke & Ban a customer account you created from your machine, or mark an order you placed as fraudulent you can do that.

Just find your IP address in the RestrictedIP table in the database and remove that row and you should be good.
