    Is it possible to have the option to pay by purchase order ONLY for a customer level? Credit card or check should not show up. Let me know.

    Ram,

    That would require some customization to restrict a customer level to ONLY be able to pay by PO. If using whole sale only site (where every customer is assigned to a customer level) you're able to restrict which customer levels are able to pay by PO, but there is no way out of box to restrict only a single customer level to having the option to pay by PO, while others have alternate means of payment.
