    Can I disable this and always view CC's and CV?

    use maxmind.com...fully supported, can cut your fraud by 99% or so, and you don't have to incur risks of storing CC's like you say.

    In addition, we will never ever store the CV/CV2 code for the card...ever...as required by MasterCard/VISA through PABP/PA-DSS.
