    Default Viewing abandoned shopping carts

Is there a way to view the abandoned shopping carts to see what people are putting into them, but not buying? This information would be very valuable to us.

You can look at the info in the ShoppingCart table in your database. Those are items customers have added to the cart, wish list, or gift registry (depending on CartType) and haven't yet purchased.

    Kirk,

Not sure what you are using this data for, but we have some clients who like to query the shoppingcart table for carts that are older than 1/2/3 hours and use that information to possibly follow up with registered users (when you have their e-mail).
