Default How long to purge page cache

So, we just moved our website to a new hosting service (Applied Innovations - which I'm incredibly happy with). Before migrating the site, we revamped the overall look and feel of the site.

Obviously the IP address in DNS changed to point to the new server.

As I go to different browsers to view our website, I see a mix between the old and new site (old template, with new topic content, etc.) If I clear the browser's cache, the new website template shows up, and everything renders just fine.

My question is, how long will it take for the old site tempalte to get purged going forward for customers who have previously visited our site? Is there a way that I can force a cache purge? I don't want our customers to get the mixed up content, becuase it looks like crap.

I would appreicate any suggestions you all may have!

    Thanks!

    Jason

I would recommend clearing out the C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temp orary ASP.NET Files
