Thread: Comments for orders

Is it possible to give the option for customers to enter the comments in his account page after the order has been placed for each particular order? Is there any support in ASPDNSF software to achieve this? If not how can we do this by extra coding?

Definitely custom work, but not crazy. There exists fields for Customer Service notes that are already "visible to customer" on the account page. All you'd have to do is modify the account page and allow for the customer to enter/append notes to this field.
