    Default turn off all shipping?

We're setting up a site specifically to handle class registrations and there will never be a shipping method. we've set the site to use Free shipping on all orders, but it still says "get shipping methods" on the one page checkout screen. Is there anyway to turn that button off, and have it auto select free shipping (it's what it returns when we press it).

NP LOL we could have named it AppConfig: TurnOffShipping also but that would have been too obvious LOL

Actually, the way some of these config names evolved over time is that they started out doing a small feature, and gradually grew to encompass more functionality over time, so we kept the original names as thousands of users already knew what they were.
