    Default Dependancy in Kit Product Groups

    Hi everyone. I ran into a client requirement that I quoted as a software modification to the storefront. This is a do diligence to make sure that this is a custom modification.

    Here is some detail;

    Product is a kit (golf club) and I need to make one set of group drop down options dependent on another selection. So for a specific golf club the user will select a club shaft based on the shaft they select they will be offered different grip options.

    For each shaft kit group selection can have a different set of child grip group selections.

    Is there anything in the storefront out of the box that can establish a parent-child relationship between kit groups? Or could this be handed though varients?

    As always thanks for your help.

    That's definitely going to be custom, there's nothing built in to have one kit group depend on another.

    Thank you. This is what I thought. I wanted to double check.
