    Is there way to remove the Zoomify logo when switching images?

    Not without a modified .swf file, or the source code for the .swf from Zoomify. This is their default image in their .swf file that is shown during the loading process or when no image is available (you can see for yourself if you open the images/zoomifyViewer.swf file).
