    Default hard refused

I was working in the administration site of ASPDOTNETSTOREFRONT and while changing administrators in the manage users section of the administration site I was disconnected and I am getting a hard refussed message in my browser.

I checked the forum for answers and found some information on blocked ip addresses. I changed my ip address and I am getting the same refused message in my browser. can someone help me correct this issue?

There's a chance that the IP you changed to is blocked as well. Just go into SQL Management Studio and run the following sql statement (after a database backup...just incase you make a mistake)
    Code:
    DELETE from RestrictedIP
If you think that you may have other RestrictedIP addresses in the table, you may just want to delete the records related to your IP
    Code:
DELETE from RestrictedIP WHERE IPAddress='your IP address'
