Default Assigning a higher cost to a size or color?

Is it possible to create a price for a specific size without resorting to kits? For example, XXXL shirts would be +$5. Possible? Thanks.

Yes, when defining the size/color attributes table (on the Attributes Tab for the product variant level) you can put prices in brackets next to the sizes/colors and it will add to that products price when that attribute is chosen:

Joseph Abboud Twin Comforter,Joseph Abboud Full/Queen Comforter[59.99],Joseph Abboud King Comforter[85.99]
So, as in your example, it would be:

Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL, XXXL[5.00]
