    Default Credit Card Required with Billing Information?

    How do you not require a credit card on billing address, yet ensure that CC billing addresses are being properly validated?

    The reason is we have customers who are authorized to use ACH/PO numbers, that wouldn't input their credit card into the site. However it seems to require this number regardless.

    Is there an out of the box way to make it so that it's not required to have a Credit Card with a Billing Address, though when someone wants to use a Credit Card, it still verifies the correct billing address to the card?
