    Default Admin user?

How do I make an existing registered user an admin user?

I don't have the "Set Admin" or "Set Super Admin" buttons when I view a customer like your screen shot.

Are you logged in as a super admin user? You'll have to be to see those buttons. A quick way to tell is to go to the appconfig page. Do you see an "SA" column with 1's and 0's next to each of the appconfigs? If not, you're not logged in as a super admin.
