    Default Question about Customer Data

    Recently one of our customer's stores has had some weird behavior. Some of the customers that have ordered have their customer information (name, email address, etc) missing. Their order gets processed and completed, however no email reciept is sent and no shipping confirmation can be sent because we have no email on record.

    We do not have anonymous checkout activated on the site so I'm a bit confused.

    This doesn't happen to all orders only a few seemingly random ones. Has anyone ran into this before? The URL is www.umbrellas.net. Thanks.

    Those are required fields, you can't really continue place the order without those. No, we do not see this kind of issue previously. What version are you on? Please submit a ticket to support with this regard and will take a look what's going on.

    I will send in the support ticket. To answer your question the version is 8.0.1.2. This has happened 3 times today (12/14) 2 times yesterday (12/13) and a couple of times (10/28 and 11/12) prior.
