Default Shipping Address Type and COst

    ML 8.0.1.2/8.0.1.2

We use a single shipping method, Fedex ground. They charge a service fee for commercial deliveries. Even though address type identifies Residential or Commercial addresses we see that "address type" is not included in the ShippingImportExport Table.
We need to report the address type to the shipper. How do we get the "address type" field to be a part of the shipping export?

Found the field: "Residence Type" in the address table.
Shouldn't this already be a part of the ShippingImportExport table for accurately calculating shipping?

Do you have the source code? I can tell you where to make the change. I've also added this as a feature enhancement for our next release.

We don't have the source. What is the estimated timeline on the next release?

We've released the beta for the multi-store version, which is built on the platform of the next version. Keep an eye on the announcements section for the announcement of the next release.
