Is live chat working in AspDotNetStorefront ML . and how I can make it work ??

You'll need to setup a third party Live Chat application and then link the application into your site.

Something like a LivePerson on the more enterprise end of things (I believe they charge $99/month per user).

Or, there are open source live chat solutions on the web if you're a programmer and want to set something up yourself. Check this out for an example.

The chat icon that is included in the default skin is simply a placeholder; an example of where you could place your live chat icon or link so that it displays on all pages. To actually implement this, you would need to find a chat service and integrate the necessary code/script into your AspDotNetStorefront installation at which time you could utilize the existing placeholder within the skin, or find a location more considerate of your current design to implement.
