There are a variety of ways such could be done but you're best bet is likely going to be to accomplish this via an XMLPackage modification. In your XMLPackage you'll want to populate three separate divs with the relevant information and set the visibility all the divs save that which you wish to be initially active as invisible. Then in three separate divs functioning as your tab-headers, assign click events to them that change the visibility of your three content divs such that the tab for which they click becomes visible while hiding the other two.

Hope that helps for a starting place.
