    Default Tax Shipping on one State only?

    I have to charge sales tax for three States but on one of them I have to charge sales tax on the shipping also.

    Is there a way to do this?

    The easiest way to do that is to setup your shipping taxes as necessary and for the states that require no tax on shipping set such up as a tax rate of zero percent.
