    Is it possible to purchase WSI later if we choose to add this functionality?

    WSI is included in the software when you purchased it, this is not an add-on. If you want to use it, invoke www.yoursite.com/ipx.asmx. If you want to add something from the WSI source, you'll have to purchase the source though, you can do it later on, yes.
