Default BadLogin count is not incrementing for customer logins

On ML/64 (VB Source code) it looks like customer accounts never increment the Bad Login count = accounts never lock after too many failed login attempts. Admin accounts do lock. Is that the expected bahavior or should customer accounts lock as well?

Thanks in advance for any insight....

What is the exact version(ex. ML 7.0.0.0) your running? This is looks like an old issue with a very old version.

Closing the loop - if anyone else has this question:

Contacted support - the expected behavior is to lock admin accounts, but not customer accounts.
