    Default Switching web designers - moving dev and staging license?

    Hi. I am new to the application and my client is an AspDotNetStorefront customer. She used another vendor for the design and programming, and I am not sure how the dev and staging licenses were assigned. We would like to set up a staging site on a subdomain of her site and I need a local dev site. Can the customer get help with moving/re-assigning these licenses so the old vendor can no longer use them and we can?
