    Post Store Gift card number VS Physical Gift card number

    How can we bind the physical gift card number with store gift card serial number? For example, If we are selling the physical gift card in our store, when customer buy it, its creating a new gift card with some serial number in Configuration->Payment-> Gift card management. But the physical gift card has some other serial number so how can we bind those serial numbers?

    You just need to use the correct gift card type. Only Email gift cards auto-generate the serial number. Switch your cards to physical or certificate and you should be able to enter your own.
