Are you looking for accounting or order management? While there is overlap, the two are quite different. You might be able to save a lot of money and end up with a more practical solution by using an order management system (such as the Stone Edge Order Manager, which is my company's product) to run your day-to-day operations, together with Quickbooks for paying bills, balancing your checkbook and doing tax accounting. If you are interested, I can answer questions here or you can give us a call at 610-994-3699 for more information.

Does StoneEdge integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes, it does. The Order Manager uses the QuickBooks API to send daily summaries of sales, sales tax, shipping charges, cost-of-goods sold, credit card deposits, etc. to QuickBooks. It does not send individual orders, customers or products, so you avoid the dreaded 14,500 limits in QB. You handle all of that detailed data, along with your day-to-day operations, in the Order Manager, and just use QB for things like tax accounting, paying your suppliers and balancing your checkbook.
