    Default CacheEntityPageHTML AppConfig question

    Hi, I've run into a problem with setting the CacheEntityPageHTML AppConfig to true. When I do this, the breadcrumbs do not work on the entity pages, only on the product pages. As soon as I change it to false, the breadcrumbs work perfectly. I have tried this on two separate ASPDNSF websites, with the exact same result. I would like to be able to use this cache setting, as we have a very large website, with many entities and products.
