    Default Stop customer using coupon

    Hi

    Is it possible to block a customer from abusing a coupon? The only way it appears is by adding all customer ID's and excluding just the one. Can this be done?

    Not sure what you mean by 'abusing'?

    You can limit a coupon to only allow one use per customer, or you could add a customer to a level that doesn't allow coupons.

    On our site we offer a 25% discount for people buying products who suffer from a certain illness.

    Will create a level for this.

    Yes, customer level would be the appropriate tool to handle that.
