checkout livezilla (www.livezilla.net) ... this is a live chat packed with features and the cost is very reasonable (FREE). It is very simple to install and setup.

The chat service that we currently use is Sightmax. You may want to have a look at them too!

Thanks for sharing that, there are a lot of great solutions out there, but how can you beat FREE? If it works well and has FREE support too!

Freeware is great. I used livezilla as a test but did not give me what I required as I was looking for an SEO/Conversion tool as well.

Best to try each one and see what works for you.

We use FREE chat by Volusion. Never had a problem with it - would strongly recommend

I think it was free chat by Volusion I used initially ... the issue with it was it said "Free Chat By Volusion" and didnt look professional in my opinion. It worked quite well though.

The part of livezilla I like is it has a users online tool where you can see who all is online, where they are on your site, what url they came from and with geo tracking turned on you can see where physically they (well their hosts) are.

As was mentioned above, everyones needs are different so best to check out several.

Might want to have a look at Velaro. They already have instructions posted for AspDotNetStorefront integration once signed up
