Default using wsi as part of the website

    Hi,
Suppose if I want to access wsi methods from within the storefront website and not from remote or outside of the website,do I still need to go through webservices and use ipx.asmx. Or is there a way that I can directly create objects of wsi from a page which is part of the storefront project. please clarify.

    thanks,
    sveerapally

I would like to add products , categories etc. instead of going through the web service by adding web reference , can't I use any API provided by storefront?.
    Please clarify.

    thanks,
