    It's not difficult to do with a little Javascript, however any modern browser is going to block it.

    We have an add-on/plugin for this at http://www.ecommercecartmods.com/p-1...age-popup.aspx which allows you to setup an URL/query string it looks out for, and if found, the plugin does a popup (of any content you like via topic) via a shadow box effect...
