    Default Change SKU Text?

    The text SKU is used in multiple places by the storefront on the public side of the site.

    Is there a way to change that text to something else? Is it stored as an app config?

    It's a string resource. In the admin section go to Configuration -> Localization -> String Resource Mgr. In here, search for "SKU" (no quotes) to find all of the string resources that are used to display the word SKU at different places on the site.
