    adding new products aspdotnetstorefront adds generic images, is there a way to stop this from happening?

    Those images are used once you install the demo data script provided (Install Demo Website Data.sql), but if you do not need that at all, just go to {root}/images/products/Large Or Medium or Icon folder and delete those from there. By default, the software uses the ProductIds as the images filename when you upload them in the store, so when you added an item and you viewed it in the store front. The software will try to find an equivalent image in that folder by associating the same ProductID.
