    Default Anon user with ML/Express

I have a new install of the ML/Express 8.0.1.2/8.0.1.2 and we are about to go live with it. I discovered this morning that if a user has not logged in and attempts to checkout, an error 404 comes up looking for this page: checkoutanon.aspx which does not seem to come with the Express application. I have looked through the appconfigs and do not see a way to totally disallow anonymous checkout. The feature is not there, so it seems all the configs are missing.

My question is with Express, how does one prevent a user from attempting to checkout without logging in?

    Thank you in advance!
