    Default Main Section Vs. Variant Section for Description of Products

    Hey Guys,

    Maybe I am confused but what is the difference between the main section and variant section for writing descriptions of each product? I mean for SEO value, etc I have just been using the Main Section for describing what each product is, and beginning to optimize each page. What am I supposed to do with the Variant description section and is it even important for SEO purposes? Thanks

    I don't think variant description is going to impact your SEO. I wouldn't worry about it unless you need to convey to your customers the differences between item variants within the same product. Search engines aren't going get angry if they are missing.
