    This English text is not being found in the string Excel file
    "Register Now For Additional Site Features:"

    Find it's READ FROM DB,bying viewing the html source

    in the aspx page
    <aspdnsf:Topic runat="server" ID="Teaser" TopicName="CheckoutAnonTeaser" />

    How should I do to translate this and others simulate text?

    Looks like that's a topic content that can be managed via Content -> Manage Topics, and edit the 'CheckoutAnonTeaser' topic name.
