    Default Call To Order??

    Is the string "Call To Order Customizable" using the out of the box software?
    DO I need to customize and XMLPackage or Is there an AppConfig settign that I am not seeing?

    Or do I just need to do it programmatically by parsing the output string?

    Go to Configuration -> Localization -> String Resource Mgr in the admin section and search for call to order. It will return the string resource you'll need to modify to change this
