    Default Pos

Funny we have written our own POS system in .NET using Windows forms.

We just purchased this aspdotnetstorefront for use in our website storefront with the hope of tying it into our SQL2005 POS backend one day.

Our systems use SQL2005 at each store location with replication to bring all the information together in real time (or when the internet is online). We have a central reporting server for all the reporting task that is based on Reports Server in SQL2005.

We also use two credit card servers that process cards in real time using SSL certs to First Data and TSYS directly.

This is in 9 countries and 40 stores.

Sounds good. We're still waiting to hear more from Ezra/Premier POS/ML on the integration

    Default Stone Edge Order Manager

The Stone Edge Order Manager, which is now integrated with ASPDNSF, also has an optional POS system. Your Web and POS orders share the same customer and product data, and quantity on hand changes from POS sales (as well as returns and exchanges, new inventory received, etc.) can be sent to one or more ASPDNSF stores automatically.

Details on the Order Manager at:

    http://www.stoneedge.com/ordermanager.htm

Details on our POS system in the Stone Edge Knowledge Base at:
