    Smile Email Settings

    What are the instructions on how to set the email settings in order to send email to the visitors who opted to "enroll" in the download page of our site?Really need your help..

    Do you mean the section in the account page where a customer can choose whether or not to receive emails?? If so, this is the mailing manager, and more information can be obtained here in our manual.

    Hi George, thank you for that but I need the instructions on how to use the mail manager for visitors who enlist in the download page. The visitors are "enrolled" and saved somewhere else in the database.

    Sounds like something custom you've had a dev add. There's the "Ok to send email" prompt on account registration that George mentioned, and the t-contact.aspx 'Contact us" topic page - that's all we have built in. If you've added something else, you'll have to work with the dev that added it on how best to use it.
