    Default Password-Protect By Customer Level

    I'm Using ML version 8.0.1.2.

    Is there a way to password-protect a Topic page so that only a certain customer level can see it?

    I know I can assign a password to a Topic page.

    But it would be nice if the users in that particular customer level did not have to remember a separate password.

    Is there a way to do this, or something similar?

    We accomplished this by requiring a subscription to view certain topics. Set "Requires Subscription" to Yes in the topic page and assign a subscription expiration date to all the customers who you'd like to be able to view the topic.
