to
http://50.22.142.211/ new 9.3.1

we decide to star over this is not an update upgrade from the old cart, the oemaoutosound name will be trasfer to the 50.22.142

my problem is our links comming to the old site now are not the same address, i was told that i need to do 301 redirect,

any idea on how to do that or what program to use for that ?
