    Question Shipping estimate

    Hi we have a custom shipping method based on weight and distributor, if I am not logged in to the store when I go through a test purchase and click get estimate the box appears with united kingdom I enter Cardiff as a city the shipping is £47 which does not make sense. if I am logged in the shipping estimate is calculated correctly £6.95 ? is there a setting somewhere I have missed?

    Sounds like this could be a bug. Does the £47 match a shipping cost for other countries? Could be that it's assuming an anonymous customer is based in the default locale or is picking up a non GB location for some reason.

    Happy to take a look if you get in touch but will need a quick login to your site to have a look at the settings.
