    Default Wishlist disappearing on log out v9.2

    Running version 9.2 whenever a customer logs out their wishlists is gone when they log back in . app configs are set for 14 days and I tried allow anon and do not allow anon and get the same results. Any clues? I see other similiar postings for version 8 but none are resolved.
