    Default "Over 13 years old" during create account process

    As we are in Australia, this checkbox shouldn't be a requirement as I'm sure this only applies to the U.S.

    If I open up the createaccount aspx file I'm seeing validation everywhere for this checkbox.
    What is the cleanest way to remove this checkbox and its validation?

    Set the AppConfig "RequireOver13Checked" to false and it won't appear in the account creation screen.
