    Default String Resources Not Loading

    Can anyone advise what would cause String Resources to not load in a web visitor's browser? A user took a screen shot of a site on the web site that rendered except non of the resource tags had been replaced by the proper string values.

    I recall I had this error a few years ago. I reset the site in IIS and it seemed to resolve it. But try all the usual reset cache and check the local settings for the String Resource.
