    Default Duplicate Titles

SEOmoz is reporting we have some pages with duplicate title tags. How bad is this for SEO?

They result from some embedded search links in our pages. We want to refer customers to a group of products where there is no category so we embed a link with a search term. SEOmoz reports that we have duplicate title tags for pages with urls like http://www.ourdoman.com/search.aspx?...rm=producttype. Of course these are all the search results page so they have the same title.

Is there any way to fix this besides deleting these links from our site?

    Thanks for any ideas.

For search results pages I would not expect this to be a problem. The title tags are going to be the same but those pages should not have value anyway. Your category and product pages are where the real SEO value is. If you are using your search to mimic category page functionality, that may be a sign that you should probably setup a category structure for your product types (at least the ones that you are hard linking to).
