    Default UPS Real time rates - Number of Boxes?

    We are losing money on larger orders that require more boxes. We only use UPS and have Real Time Rates setup. Is there something I can do on the Storefront backend that would indicate 36 items = 1 Box, and then additional fees are added for each box? Or is this something I would have to get UPS involved with?

    Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

    We too often loose money using UPS real-time rates. To fix that we added a flat 'box' fee to every shipment and also added 15% handling. Both are set in AppConfig. Now we don't loose money on every shipment.
