    Default Partial Refund with Item SKU's

    I see that there is a way to partially refund an order using Ad Hoc refund button. However, is there a way to specify the SKU's and quantities refunded?

    This will allow us to run a report of what items were sold and which were returned. Also will the Ad hoc partial refund update with a the inventory? or does that have to be manually done?

    Partial refunding is done by amount. Keeping track of what items were returned would be a separate endeavor, including the reinsertion of inventory values.

    Tommy,

    I know this was posted a long time ago but did you have find / develop a solution to this? I am dealing with a similar issue with a client and am looking for the best way to go about this.
