    Default Moving Products from One Category to Another

    I'm a little stuck, is there a way to move all the products from one category to the next and removing them from the first? I'm sure that a SQL command would do it, but I really don't know how that works. I have a bunch of products that need to be added to a different category. Any help would be appreciated. THANKS!!!!

    UPDATE ProductCategory
SET CategoryID = {newCatID}
WHERE CategoryID = {oldCatID}
    That will literally move all products from one category to another. Try it in a development/test environment before doing it on your live website! Replace {newCatID} and {oldCatID} with the appropriate CategoryID numbers.

    Orders pushed through to accounting systems.

    All the above without source!
